The Nantucket Islands Land Bank ("Land Bank") is requesting designers to submit qualifications to provide services in connection with the design and construction of a new bike park (the “Project”) on Nantucket Island. The Designer will be expected to provide design and engineering services needed to bring the Project to completion, including but not limited to site assessment, feasibility studies, conceptual and schematic designs, design development, community and permitting board presentations, cost estimating, development of construction documentation and specifications for public bidding, construction administration, Project oversight, and any other design services as may be necessary for successful completion of the Project.

The RFQ can be obtained on the Procurement page of the Town of Nantucket’s website at www.nantucket-ma.gov after February 9, 2023.

Submissions will be accepted on or before 3:00 p.m. EST on Friday, March 17, 2023 Friday, March 31, 2023 at the Office of the Land Bank at 22 Broad Street, Nantucket, MA. 02554. The Land Bank Commission must approve any contract regarding this Project and reserves the right to reject any and all responses if it is in its best interest to do so.

Written responses will be posted in an ADDENDUM on or before Monday, March 13, 2023, which will be emailed to all prospective applicants who have downloaded the RFQ through the Town of Nantucket’s website on their procurement page.
