The City of Fitchburg invites qualification submittals for design and construction administration for the Riverfront Park Stage project. The City is looking for a functional, economical stage, suitable for its urban location. Design should allow for a future phase to add greenrooms if they are not feasible in the initial construction budget. The City anticipates a maximum construction cost of $950,000.

Qualifications packages will be received until March 30 ^th 2023 at 1:00 PM at the office of the Chief Procurement Officer, City Hall, 718 Main Street, Suite 208, Fitchburg, MA and at the designated time and place opened and recorded.

This solicitation is being conducted in accordance with the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 7 §§ 44-58, and any resulting contract will be strictly awarded in accordance with the requirements of the solicitation. The City reserves the right to reject any or all submittals and to waive all informalities not involving cost, time, or changes in the scope of work.

An informational meeting will be held on March 21 ^st 2023 at 2:00 PM. Proposers shall examine all information and materials contained in and with this solicitation. Failure to do so shall be at the proposer’s risk.
