LEGAL ADVERTISEMENT FOR RFP 23-021

The Chief Procurement Officer for the City of Westfield is soliciting proposals under Chapter 30B, Massachusetts General Laws on behalf of The City of Westfield Public Schools for School Administration Offices.

Proposal Packages are available Wednesday, January 18, 2023, City of Westfield Purchasing Office, 59 Court Street, Westfield, Massachusetts 01085, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 9:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M..

Proposals will be submitted to the Chief Procurement Officer, City of Westfield, Purchasing Office, 59 Court Street, Westfield, Massachusetts 01085 no later than 2:00 P.M., Friday, February 17, 2023. Proposals will be opened in the Chief Procurement Officer’s office on the date due.

The City of Westfield reserves the right to reject any or all proposals when it deems it to be in the best interest of the City.
