The City of Attleboro, MA is seeking proposals from qualified firms/individuals to provide a DOWNTOWN BRANDING STUDY with future near-term applications on wayfinding signage and website design. The project will begin upon issuance of a Notice to Proceed which will be on or around Friday, April 14, 2023 and shall be completed in full no later than Friday, October 27, 2023.

Special Requirements:

Proposers must submit one (1) original and four (4) copies of the non-price proposal. An electronic version of the non-price proposal must also be submitted in PDF format on a USB drive. In a separately sealed envelope, proposers must provide one copy of the price proposal.

Miscellaneous:
|
While a price proposal is requested, the primary criteria for a contract award will be based on qualifications, i.e. review of the comparative evaluation criteria cited. The Consultant’s fee is not to exceed $50,000.00. The City of Attleboro reserves the right to negotiate the Contract price with the proposer ranked as the most advantageous.
The Price Proposal should describe cost by task, assigned project staff and hourly billing rates which shall include all travel and expenses. The selected Consultant shall hold the hourly rate for the full term of the contract.
