Approximately 1300 square yards using approximately 305 tons.

Construction will begin by as soon as weather permits and must be completed by May 1, 2023

BID BOND/PAYMENT BONDS:
Each Bid must be accompanied by a bid security consisting of a Bid Bond OR Certified Check issued by a responsible bank or trust company in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid price. Within ten days of notification of contract award the successful Contractor will be required to submit a Labor and Materials Payment Bond in the amount of fifty percent (50%) of the contract amount to be held in Purchasing until all work has been accepted by the Superintendent of Public Works or his representative. Only Contractor’s having at least fifteen (15) years of experience in completing Bituminous Concrete Supply for Paving Work will be considered as “responsive” and eligible for bidding. Contractors should provide evidence of performing this type of service.
