The City of Holyoke, on behalf of the Holyoke Receiver, hereby invites the submission of sealed bids from reputable and qualified bus transportation companies for furnishing Regular Education and Field/Sports Trips student transportation services in the Holyoke Public Schools beginning July 1, 2023. Forms for bid, certification, conditions, and specifications may be obtained at the Purchasing Office, 536 Dwight Street, Room 3, Holyoke, MA, or by submitting an email to the Assistant Chief Procurement Officer, City of Holyoke, at morrowj@holyoke.org . Documents will be available starting January 9th, 2023. Bidders are highly encouraged to attend the pre-bid conference on January 17th, 2023 via Zoom. Deadline for questions will be 1/23/2023. Bid Due date and opening will be on January 31, 2023 at 2:00pm at the City of Holyoke Purchasing Office.
