The City of Framingham, through the Mayor of Framingham Massachusetts, the Awarding Authority invites sealed bids for IFB# 7798 Walsh window replacement and Exterior wall repair. The Window Replacement and Exterior Wall Repairs at the Walsh Middle School project includes masonry and concrete repairs, the removal of concrete fins between window units, abatement and replacement of perimeter masonry and window sealant joints, encapsulating designated existing sealants to remain, installation of pre-cured silicone membrane over window frame elements, and the replacement of windows.

DCAMM Certification is required to bid on this project; General bid certification category is GENERAL BUILDING CONSTRUCTION

Bid documents can be obtained electronically only through the City of Framingham’s Vendor Registry portal https://vrapp.vendorregistry.com/Vendor/Register/Index/city-of-framingham-ma-vendor-registration on Wednesday November 23, 2022 after 10:00 A.M.in accordance with Contract Documents prepared by Gale Associates Inc. Bids must be submitted electronically through the City’s Vendor Registry system. Bids submitted through any other means, such as mail, email or hand delivery, will not be accepted and will be rejected by the City as non-responsive.

Sealed General Contract bids shall be submitted in strict conformance with the bid document and will be submitted electronically through the City of Framingham’s Vendor Registry portal https://vrapp.vendorregistry.com/Vendor/Register/Index/city-of-framingham-ma-vendor-registration until 10:00 A.M. on Wednesday December 21, 2022
