The City of Framingham (“City”) is accepting sealed bids for the Reconstruction of Arlington St. Park and Playground. The project generally includes removal of existing infrastructure (asphalt basketball courts and pedestrian pathways, playground equipment, fencing, and site furnishing) excavation, grading, and installation of accessible park and playground amenities, including pedestrian pathways, play equipment, splash play, multi-use asphalt court, poured-in-place safety surfacing, security lighting and cameras, shade structure, fencing, plantings and other site amenities.

Bids must be submitted electronically through the City’s Vendor Registry system. Bids submitted through any other means, such as mail, email or hand delivery, will not be accepted and will be rejected by the City as non-responsive.

A Pre-bid meeting will be held on Wednesday May 31, 2023 at 2:30 P.M. at Arlington Street Park, 61 Arlington Street, Framingham, MA 01701

The City reserves the right to reject any and all submissions, to waive any minor informalities & technicalities, or to cancel the bid if it were in the public interest to do so.
