The City of Framingham (City), Department of Public Works (DPW), invites sealed bids to furnish Bituminous Concrete at Plant, in various mix designs, conforming to Massachusetts Highway Standard Specifications, Section M3 – Bituminous Materials, subsection M3.11.00 Bituminous Concrete, as required and the disposal of bituminous concrete.

The City reserves the right to reject any and all submissions, to waive any minor informalities and technicalities, or to cancel the bid if it were in the public interest to do so.
