The Boston Housing Authority is seeking the services and bids of qualified contractors for Renovation of Fire Damaged Unit at Commonwealth Development. The bid estimate is under $50,000. The term of the contract is 10 calendar days from Notice to Proceed. Quotations submitted in response to this RFQ must be received by the BHA on or before 12:00 PM on 2/1/2023. Site Visit: 95 Washington Street, Unit 64, Brighton, MA 02135 (Commonwealth Development) on 1/25/2023 at 10:00 AM.
