The Boston Housing Authority (BHA) is seeking services of a qualified consultant firm headed by a registered architect to provide design and construction administration services for improvements to the bathroom ventilation and window replacement at Ruth Barkley Apartments [106], located in the South End section of Boston, Massachusetts. The estimated project construction cost is $9,944,523.00 which excludes a construction contingency. Complete details, qualification and submission requirements can be found in the RFP.

* Note! It will take up to 30 minutes for your bid request to appear on the Bidders' List. Please DO NOT re-register (resubmit a bid request). Three (3) copies of the complete proposal, along with one (1) electronic copy of their proposal on CD-R, or DVD-R media or on a non-returnable USB flash drive in a single file Adobe Acrobat PDF format must be submitted to Boston Housing Authority, Purchasing Department, 56 Chauncy Street (Housing Service Center), Boston, MA 02111by 2:00 PM on Friday April 14, 2023. A Pre-proposal meeting and site visit will be conducted on Wednesday, March 29, 2023 at 10:00 beginning at the management office located at rear of 1472 Washington Street, Boston, MA. Questions or requests for modifications regarding this RFP will be accepted in writing ONLY and must be submitted via email to bids@bostonhousing.org seven (7) calendar days before the deadline for receipt of proposals. The BHA reserves the right to reject any proposals and waive any informalities if it be in the public interest to do so.
