The Town of Warren is seeking sealed bids for #2 Heating Oil and Ultra-Low Sulfur On-Road Diesel Fuel for up to 3 years. Heating fuel is required for two municipal buildings. They are the Wastewater Treatment Plant, and the Highway Garage. The approximate quantity ordered annually is 11,500 gallons. Diesel fuel is for delivery to the Highway Garage. The approximate quantity is 5,000 gallons.

The Town of Warren is seeking sealed bids for #2 heating oil and ultra-low sulfur on the road diesel for up to 3 years. Heating fuel is required for two municipal bldgs.; the Highway Garage and the Wastewater Treatment Plant. The approximate quantity is 11,500 gallons. Diesel fuel is for delivery for Highway Garage. The approximate quantity is 5,000 gallons. The size of the Diesel tank at the Highway Garage is 2,500 gallons.
The sizes of the Heating Oil are:
Highway Garage = 500 gallons
Wastewater Treatment Plant = 4,500 gallons
Sealed Bids for both items shall be due in the Town Accountants office, 48 High St, PO Box 573, Warren, MA 01083 BY 1 pm on Wednesday, January 18, 2023 and will be opened at that time. Bids should clearly state both the current total price and the over the rack price and be submitted on the Towns Bid price form. All bids must include signed statements of Non-collusion and Tax Compliance. Bid forms can be obtained from the Town Accountant s office or by email accountant@warren-ma.gov.
Each bid MUST be in a separate envelope labeled "Heating Oil Bid " or Diesel Fuel Bid."
The Town of Warren reserves the right to reject any or all bids deemed to be in the best interest of the town.
