The Trial Court Office of Court Management on behalf of the Administrative Office of the Massachusetts Probate and Family Court is looking to partner with a vendor who can provide a 100 percent on-line skills-based interactive parent education course that is accessible 24/7 with at least 30 days of access, for parties dealing with family dissolution and/or conflict. The course must provide information to married and unmarried parents on the emotional needs of minor children, the impact parental conflict has on child behavior and development and the roles and responsibilities of parents who do not live together as it relates to court actions between the parents involving parental responsibility, parenting time, and support of children. The course must be evidenced-based, or evidence informed as relates to reducing co-parental conflict and exposure of children to interparental conflict. If evidence-informed the vendor must be willing to offer the program free to parents for a two-year period and a willingness to participate in an external evaluation of the program.
