The Massachusetts State College Building Authority Requests qualification statements from firms interested in bidding on trade contractor work on the Shea Durgin Bathroom Renovations , at Bridgewater State University ,Project No.: BRI-0967-22 . Responses from eligible trade contractors will be used to prequalify the trade contractors to participate in response to a request for bids that will be issued by the Authority. This project incorporates the requirements set forth in Chapter 193. Responses Due: Wednesday, November 16, 2022 at 2:00PM . General Scope of Work: Design and renovation of existing bathrooms on the Ground floor of Shea Hall, and floors 1 through 5 at Durgin Hall. Replacement of VCT tile in lobby. Future scope to be determined. Qualification Statements are sought from trade contractors in Ceramic Tile Floor ,Electrical, Fire HVAC, Painting, Plumbing, and Resilient Flooring .
