The Work under this contract consists of roadway rehabilitation on various streets throughout the Town of Dover. The rehabilitation includes pavement micro-milling and overlay, full-depth pavement patching, and sidewalk construction.
New pavement markings are proposed as part of this contract. The proposed pavement markings shall be installed in the same location as the existing pavement markings. The Contractor shall be responsible for field measuring existing pavement striping prior to the start of work.
The Contractor shall be aware that the work in this Contract Document has been detailed in an approximate nature and that the Contractor will be required to construct various types of proposed improvements as existing field conditions warrant.
