The term of the Contract shall be for One (1) Year. The amount of the contract will be for an amount not to exceed $55,000.00. All questions must be made in writing and received by the Office of Procurement no later than March 13, 2023 at 4:30 P.M. in order to be considered (Raemarie.walker@waterandsewer.org).
The Chief Procurement Officer/designee reserves the right to reject any and all proposals if it is in the best interest of the SWSC to do so.

Proposals will be privately opened and logged on March 23, 2023. RFP documents and specifications will be available through the website (https://waterandsewer.org) on March 8, 2023. Any proposals received after the specified due time will not be accepted. This RFP is subject to M.G.L. Ch. 30B section 6 and other state procurement statutes.
