The Up Island School District is seeking Proposals to provide On Call Architectural Services for smaller projects for the approximate time period beginning July 1, 2023 until June 30, 2024. The District reserves the right to separately bid projects and enter into contracts with an estimate construction cost greater than $300,000. This contract may be extended through FY26 at the discretion of the District.
Details regarding specifications, pre-bid conference, as well as required forms, are available in the Central Office by contacting Jocelyn Broadley at jbroadley@mvyps.org. Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed to Mark Friedman, Chief Procurement Officer, labeled "UIRSD On Call Architectural Services Proposal", and be received at 4 Pine Street, Vineyard Haven, MA. 02568 by Thursday, June 22,2023 before 4:00 PM (Eastern Standard Time). If Bids are being delivered in person, Bids must be placed in secure drop box at front door at 4 Pine Street, Vineyard Haven, MA. 02568. The Up Island Regional School District reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals.
