EOHHS is issuing this Request for Applications (RFA) to solicit Responses from qualified Applicants interested in implementing Adult Day Health (ADH) and Day Habilitation (DH) Programs Community Inclusion Transportation Grant projects. CIT Grants are to be used by MassHealth-enrolled ADH and DH providers to expand their transportation capacity and thereby increase accessibility to ADH and DH programs or to other community outings for individuals receiving day services.
