The UIRSD seeks bids to provide Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning Services to the West Tisbury School and the Chilmark School beginning approximately mid March, 2023 until June 30, 2023 (FY23). The contract may be extended through FY25 at the discretion of the District. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed to Mark Friedman, Chief Procurement Officer, labeled UIRSD HVAC Bid and be received at 4 Pine Street, Vineyard Haven, MA. 02568 by Friday March 17, 2023 before 3:00 PM (Eastern Standard Time). Bids delivered in person, must be placed in secure drop box at front door at 4 Pine Street, Vineyard Haven, MA. 02568. The Up Island Regional School District reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
