The HOLYOKE HOUSING AUTHORITY, (HHA), invites sealed bids from qualified, licensed and insured Electrical Contractors for the Churchill Homes I & II Smoke Detector Replacement project in Holyoke, Massachusetts; in accordance with the documents prepared by the HHA.
The Project consists of furnishing and installing 120v hardwired smoke detectors, combination smoke/CO devices and photo electric smoke detectors throughout the interior of 100 occupied units. All devices are replacing existing equipment. The Contractor shall be responsible for all associated permit fees
