ADVERTISEMENT
The Plymouth HOUSING AUTHORITY, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from Contractors for the Oak Street Development for the Plymouth HOUSING AUTHORITY in Plymouth Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by R2 Architects, Inc.
The Project consists of: Conversion of existing 2 room schoolhouse into Three (3), 1 bedroom apartments, with one being a fully accessible unit meeting ADA/MAAB requirements
The work is estimated to cost $ 540,000.00, exclusive of alternates
General bidders must be certified by the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) in the category of General Building Construction.
General Bids will be received until 2pm, Thursday June 8th, 2023 and publicly opened, forthwith.
Filed sub-bids for the trades listed below AS NEEDED will be received until 2pm, Thursday, May 25th, 2023 opened forthwith.
