The Town of Northborough, through its Fire Station Building Committee, invites qualified applicants to submit proposals for Architect/Design services associated with the design and construction of a modern, state-of-the-art Central Fire Station in Northborough. All applicants must submit in conformance with the Request for Qualifications documents available in the Town Administrator's Office on March 22, 2023 at 10AM, at 63 Main Street in Northborough, MA 01532, or online at: https://www.town.northborough.ma.us/bids. This RFQ shall be governed by the designer selection law, MGL Ch.7C, Sec. 44-58, and MGL Ch. 149, Sec. 44A1/2. Proposals shall be received by 2PM on April 26, 2023, at which time they will be publicly opened and recorded. No proposals will be accepted after the date and time noted.
