Bid specifications shall be made available at the Department of Public Works Engineering Division office, Melrose City Hall, 562 Main Street, Melrose, Massachusetts 02176, by emailing JRosa@CityofMelrose.org or by calling 781.979.4172 after 10:00 a.m. on
Wednesday, March 22, 2023. This is an Annual Contract with an option to be renewed twice, for a total of three years. All questions must be submitted in writing no later than Thursday, March 30, 2023 to JRosa@CityofMelrose.org. No Bid bond is required. Performance and Payment bonds will be required upon the award of the contract.
The City of Melrose reserves the right to reject, accept and/or extend any/all bid(s) if in the best interest of the City.
