The Project consists of: The replacement of the existing intercom system and the installation of five new door openers at Highlands Green Development 667-03. Which includes the removal and replacement of 58 existing interior answering units and 13 existing intercom panels. (10 intercom panels allow access to 4 apartment units and 3 intercom panels allow access to 6 apartment units). All electrical work includes providing a receptacle extension from the existing lobby receptacle to new door openers. Door openers and handheld transmitters to be programmed. The work is estimated to cost $62,150. THIS PROJECT IS BEING ELECTRONICALLY BID AND HARD COPY BIDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
