This project is to renovate and expand the existing Athletic Center Building into a modern learning facility, which will be called the "IQ Center", that will have state-of-the-art classroom facilities, hospitality training programs, advanced manufacturing spaces, renovated gymnasium, locker rooms, and other supporting facilities. The design intends to add a Mezzanine floor of about 2,500 sf within the existing envelope.
