The successful bidder shall supply the following prefabricated materials to be assembled by the Town. The Town shall assemble the kits on a concrete slab to be designed and specified by Dugout kit supplier; slab and associated materials shall be supplied and installed in accordance with said specifications by the Town.
The kit shall include all fasteners, structural members, and finish materials necessary to fully assemble the dugouts.
