This Request for Proposals (RFP) is being issued by the Lynn Continuum of Care (LCoC) and the Lynn Housing Authority & Neighborhood Development (LHAND), the Collaborative Applicant (CA) for the LCoC for new projects seeking funding available through HUD Continuum of Care to end homelessness and to connect individuals and families including unaccompanied youth, with mainstream resources - allowing them to move into and maintain stable, permanent housing.
LHAND is seeking applications from agencies interested in providing critical services that support movement toward access to housing for youth & young adults (age 24 and below) experiencing homelessness.
Eligible populations to be served are unaccompanied youth up to the age of 24, including pregnant and parenting youth, who meet Category 1, 2, or 4 of homelessness in Huds Final Definition of Homelessness. Eligible applicants are nonprofit organizations, states, local governments, and instrumentalities of state and local governments. For-profit organizations are not eligible.
