The Town of Auburn invites online bids through Auctions International for the sale of surplus vehicles, equipment and other items. Interested parties must participate in an online auction. No offers can be made directly to the Town of Auburn. All bids must be completed through Auctions International, 1167 Big Tree Road, East Aurora, NY 14052. Information, photos and bidding instructions are available at http://www.auctionsinternational.com. Auction will start on Wednesday, November 30, 2022 at 8:00 a.m. and end on Wednesday, December 14, 2022 at 6:00 p.m.. Anyone wishing to inspect the vehicle must contact Kenneth Rabouin at the Town of Auburn Department of Public Works at 508-832-7814. The Town of Auburn does not provide any guaranties and/or warranties relative to the item(s) being sold. Thus, the items are offered on an "AS IS - WHERE IS" basis. The surplus supplies will be awarded to the responsive bidder offering the highest price The awarding authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids and/or to dispose of the vehicle through a negotiated sale, provided that the negotiated sale price is higher than the highest bid received from a responsive bidder. Winning bidders will be required to submit a signed non-collusion form prior to the receipt of the vehicles or items.
