SEE PLYMOUTH Travel and Tourism Season Extension Grant
RFP: See Plymouth Travel and Tourism Season Extension Grant (TTSE)
Proposal Due By: 4/14/23
See Plymouth (Plymouth County Convention & Visitors Bureau)
Project Overview:
See Plymouth is requesting proposals for advertising and marketing services required in conjunction with See Plymouth’s receipt of the Federal Travel and Tourism Season Extension Grant (TTSE). This grant aims to strengthen the economy of Massachusetts by enhancing the state’s tourism industry season, specifically in Plymouth and Bristol Counties. Proposals should include marketing content development, website enhancement and optimization, visitor/consumer outreach, digital advertising, signage, photography and videography, itineraries, and other specific marketing initiatives. The regional marketing projects should promote travel and tourism attractions and events throughout Southeastern Massachusetts between the months of November through April, known as the “shoulder season.” These regional projects should enhance tourism recovery and have the potential to increase domestic visitation during the shoulder season. These marketing projects must also encourage experiences that are not necessarily season-dependent and can be sustained for more than one annual cycle.
