22221 Addition and Renovations to Plymouth Fire Station No. 5

Sealed general and filed sub-bids are sought by the Town of Plymouth for the Addition and Renovations to Plymouth Fire Station No. 5.

General Bidders and Filed Sub-Bidders must be certified by the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance in their respective category of Work.

A non-mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held at the site on Friday, March 17, 2023, at 11:00 a.m.. All Bidders are encouraged to visit the site of the proposed work and fully acquaint themselves with the conditions as they exist.

Sealed filed sub-bids for the sub-trades indicated in the Instructions for Bidders shall be filed at the Procurement Office in Town Hall before 11:00 a.m. on Friday, March 31, 2023, at which time they will be publicly opened and read.

Sealed general bids shall be filed at the Procurement Office in Town Hall before 11:00 a.m. on Friday, April 7, 2023, at which time they will be publicly opened and read.

All bids must be sealed and made upon forms furnished by the Procurement Division and contained in the bid documents. Bids submitted on any other forms will not be accepted as valid bids.

All bids are subject to the provisions of M.G.L. c.149, and the Bid and Contract Documents.
