Sealed Bids sought by the Town of Plymouth for Bid 22306-Sidewalk Construction on various roadways will be received in the Procurement Office, Town Office Building, 26 Court Street, Plymouth, Massachusetts, 02360, until 10:00 a.m., Thursday, March 23, 2023, at which time they will be publicly opened and read.

Specifications are available electronically online by registering at http://www.plymouth-ma.gov/bids-current .

MassDOT prequalification of contractors with the class of work as, HWY-SIDEWALK & CURBING (OPTIONS), for the project with an estimated total 3-year project value of $3,957,000.00, will be required.

All bids are subject to the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 30, §39M, and these bid and contract documents.

The awarding authority is the Town Manager who reserves the right to reject or split all bids if deemed to be in the best interests of the Town of Plymouth.
