Bids are requested by the Town of Plymouth to purchase the former School Administration Building at 253 South Meadow Road, Plymouth, MA.

Bids are to be submitted by 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, November 30, 2022, at which time they will be publicly opened and read.Postmarks will not be considered.All bids must be sealed and made upon forms furnished by the Procurement Division.Bids submitted on any other form will not be accepted as valid.Envelopes should be clearly marked “Bid 22218, 253 South Meadow Road”.

This procurement is subject to the provisions of the Uniform Procurement Act, M.G.L. Chapter 30B, Section 16.

Any person interested in submitting a bid is encouraged to inspect the premises.Arrangements have been made for such inspections on Wednesday, November 23 ^rd , at 12:00 p.m. All inspections should be completed at that time.
