Pursuant to Chapter 30B, Section 6 of the Massachusetts General Laws (M.G.L. c. 30B, §6), the Natick Public Schools, Natick Town Hall, 13 East Central Street, Natick, MA 01760 (“the District”), acting through the Natick School Committee, invites the submission of sealed proposals for the procurement of yearbook production services for the Natick Public Schools (1 Year with 2 1-Year Options). The Request for Proposals (“RFP”) may be obtained from the Procurement Office, Natick Department of Public Works Building, 75 West Street, Natick, MA 01760, by emailing bleblanc@natickma.org For security reasons, you must enable JavaScript to view this E-mail address. , between 8:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M. local time, Monday through Thursday, and between 8:00 A.M. and 12:00 P.M. (noon) local time, Friday, beginning on April 18, 2023. Please do not request prior to that date/time. Please request during regular business hours only. No Pre-Proposal Conference will be held. Seven (7) copies of each sealed Proposal, contained in separately sealed envelopes marked, respectively, “RFP: Procurement of Yearbook Production Services– Price Proposal” and “RFP: Procurement of Yearbook Production Services” will be received until 9:00 A.M. local time, May 11, 2023, at the Natick Department of Public Works Building, 75 West Street, Natick, MA 01760, at which time and place all Proposals will be opened in accordance with M.G.L. c. 30B, §6. If the Procurement Office is closed due to weather/ other emergency, the deadline for receipt of proposals will be extended until 9:00 A.M. the next business day that the Procurement Office is open. All Proposals shall comply with the RFP issued by the District, including, without limitation, Section 1, Instructions to Proposers, and Proposal Submission Requirements. The District reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any, any part of, or all Proposals in the best interest of the District. Any Proposal submitted will be binding for sixty (60) days subsequent to the deadline date for receipt of sealed Proposals. Award is subject to sufficient appropriation and approval of the Natick Public Schools.
