The time received will be stamped on each proposal and for a consistency of time, the time stamp clock in the Purchasing office will be the determining time.

The Town of Andover is seeking the services of a qualified Designer/Architectural firm within
the meaning of M.G.L. Chapter 7C, to provide professional design services.
Specification and proposal forms may be obtained on the Central Purchasing Department webpage located at
www.andoverma.gov/bids

No proposer may withdraw his proposal for a period of sixty (60) days after the date set
for the opening thereof.
The contract for these services will be for a lump sum fee to be negotiated (not to exceed $49,999.00).
A briefing session will be held for all interested parties on November 17, 2022, at 10:00 AM, at
the Old Town Hall, 20 Main St., Andover, MA 01810.
