There is no Security required on this bid.

No bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of thirty (30) work days after the date set for the opening thereof.

A pre-bid walk-through is scheduled for March 7, 2023 at 10:00 AM in the Playstead Parking lot on Chestnut Court. Please do not park in spots in front of the Robb Center.

Attention is directed to the minimum wage rates to be paid as determined by the Department of Labor and Workforce Development under the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 149, Sections 26 to 27D inclusive.

The bidding and award of this Contract will be under the provisions of M.G. L. Chapter 30, Section 39M and the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 30, Section 39S.
