The Town of Acton is seeking proposals for designer services for the rehabilitation of the historic Asa Parlin House located at 17 Woodbury Lane to create an indoor/outdoor space for community programming and events. The estimated construction cost is approximately $1,100,000.00. The RFQ is due on March 22, 2023 at 2:00 PM and can be mailed to the Office of the Town Manager, 472 Main Street, Acton, MA 01720.
