Permit System Software & Implementation


The Town of Acton, acting through its Town Manager as Chief Procurement Officer, is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide licensing, permitting, and work order software for use in multiple Town departments. Software will effectively and efficiently implement and manage the various licenses and permits issued across town departments. It will streamline the application and tracking of a license or permit. The software will have mobile capabilities and be hosted on the cloud. The work order component will offer seamless public and department interaction on an issue.

To be considered, proposals must be received in the Office of the Town Manager, 472 Main Street, Acton, MA no later than 11:00 AM, Friday, October 21, 2022.

The Town of Acton reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, and to waive informalities when in the opinion of the Chief Procurement Officer it is in the Town's best interest.
