The Department of Justice, Office of the Inspector General, Contracting Division, intends to issue a purchase order on a non-competitive basis to PRO PARK, INC. dba Propark America for parking space rental.

This sole source action is authorized under FAR subpart 13.106-1(b)- soliciting from one source if the contracting officer determines that the circumstances of this contract action deem only one source reasonably available.

DOJ OIG requires parking that is the closest in proximity to the Investigation Division’s Boston Area Office that meets all DOJ OIG parking requirements which include 24/7, unlimited in/out access, guaranteed spaces, covered parking, and no valet/stacked parking security features. ProPark TD Garden Garage is the closest in proximity to the DOJ OIG office and meets all OIG parking security requirements.

This is not a request for quotes, proposals or capability statements. No solicitation will be posted as a result of this notice. This Special Notice is being issued for informational purposes only. The Limited Source Justification & Approval for this action is attached.
