Description

This contract is to put the underground storage tank at Bulding 1435 temporarily out-of service (TOS) in accordance with 310 CMR 80.42 (4) (a), 310 CMR 80.42 (4) (b), and 310 CMR 80.42 (4) (c). The tank is internally compromised and needs to be replaced. Per Mass DEP guidance, the tank must be put in TOS status until it is replaced. (See SOW and Combined Synopsis/Solicitation document for additional details).
