The U.S. Army Contracting Command – Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), Natick Division in support of the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command – Soldier Center (DEVCOM-SC) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price contract on a sole source basis to Inteum Company, LLC, located at 9720 NE 120th Place, Suite 101, Kirkland, WA 98034, under the authority as prescribed in FAR 13.106-1(b)(1).

Inteum Company, LLC retains exclusive rights to the source code and the software being procured is proprietary to the Inteum Company. They are the only known vendor that can provide the Inteum Minuet software.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 513210 and the size standard is $41,500,000.00.
