The U.S. Army Contracting Command – Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), Natick Division in support of the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command – Soldier Center (DEVCOM-SC) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price contract on a sole source basis to Carl Zeiss Microscopy, LLC., located at One North Broadway, Suite 1501, White Plains, NY 10601-2335, under the authority as prescribed in FAR 13.106-1(b)(1).

The requirement is for the replacement/repair of the Zeiss EVO60 Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) printed circuit board (PCB). Carl Zeiss Microscopy, LLC is the only known vendor capable of offering and replacing the required Mains power supply printed circuit board (PCB) as it is custom made for this specific SEM due to the proprietary and unique design of the Zeiss EVO60 SEM.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 811210 and the size standard is $34,000,000.00.
