The U.S. Army Contracting Command – Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), Natick Division in support of the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command – Soldier Center (DEVCOM-SC) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price contract on a sole source basis to Clarivate Analytics (US) LLC, located at 3133 W Frye Road, Suite 400, Chandler, Arizona 85226-5110, under the authority as prescribed in FAR 13.106-1(b)(1).

Clarivate Analytics (US) LLC is the only known vendor that can provide access to the following ISI Web of Science products: Science Citation Index Expanded, Social Science Citation Index, Conference Proceedings, and Journal Citation Reports. Web of Science is a proprietary database that is hosted and owned by Clarivate Analytics, and there are no authorized resellers at this time.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 541990 and the size standard is $19,500,000.00 in annual revenue.
