Periodically, speaker/lecturers are required to present at conferences/conventions. The Massachusetts Department of Public Health (MDPH) is advertising a rolling enrollment solicitation that allows MDPH programs to contract with speakers/lecturers on short notice. Bidders may submit unsolicited proposals during the entire contract period. Proposals will be kept on file and may be referred to when a specific speaker and lecture topic is required.
This solicitation is open to individuals. In some instances the Department will contract with organizations having exclusive access to speakers with special expertise.
